When trying to register the rtmaps_pcap.pck package for low-level Ethernet packets capture, I get an error on the Rtmaps console :
“Info: Reset
Error: Unable to load package C:\Program Files\Intempora\RTMaps 4\packages\rtmaps_pcap.pck: third party dependencies may be missing (.dll/.so/.dylib files). The specified module could not be found.”
(I found a package which is "rtmaps_pcap_2.1.0.pck, and I have the same problem).
Can you tell me how to solve this?
